茄子 Parmigiana 是由煎炸過後的茄子 (aubergina)、mozzarella 起司,跟番茄醬相互堆疊後,再烘烤而成的一道傳統義式美食。
跟著我們的義大利籍主廚一起在今日義大利教育中心台中校,學習如何製作這樣的義式傳統佳餚!

Eggplant Parmigiana is an Italian dish made with a shallow or deep-fried sliced eggplant (also called aubergine) filling, layered with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, then baked.

Enjoy an evening at Italia Oggi with our Italian “special” guest and learn how to prepare this authentic Italian dish!

Class will last around 2,00 hours..
Price is TWD 700 ( Special price per 2 persons TWD 1.200 )
Class will start at 17.30

– This is a vegetarian dish
