During this class you will learn the basic of the Italian Kitchen:
Starting with the classic Spritz, the traditional Italian aperitif cocktail, which will be prepared and served before the cooking class.

If you are looking for the perfect way to serve a Caprese salad the speiedini caprese is the answer. Perfectly goes with Spritz!

Potato gnocchi can be tricky, but with the guidance of our expertise chef the result is guaranteed! Fresh basil hand made pesto will be the perfect sauce to highliight the gnocchi.

Crema pasticcera will be the desert, a quick recipe full of flavors and very satisfying for the finest the palate!
